The door was well packaged to prevent accidental damage. I really like the door jams being a thicker than the typical 3/4" jamb for a prehung door. I had the door bored for a lockset which makes for an easy install. I chose the natural finish so if I need to do any maintenance on it later, it would not require alot of work to restore it. This door unit is worth the wait and is well built. For me it was money well spent. BTW, this is the second door that I have purchased from doors.com.

Great product and customer service. I stained myself and was a lot of work but I got the exact stain color I wanted. If I would do anything different it would have been to have doors finished before. Again - a lot of work.
Finished product is amazing though.
