All tracks, clasps, pulls, and other parts are made from aluminum, nickel, or brass. Any locks added to doors may be made with other materials: contact the manufacturer for more information on this.

Designs

Multiple design options are available to match the unique needs and décor of your home: single panel, double panel, curved pocket, half pocket / half hinged, and even telescopic. Our installers will work to accommodate the current wall and door configuration of your home to get you the door you want. Glass panels (full panel or framed) can be etched with one of our pre-made designs, or you can supply one of your own.

Every home is unique, so our installers will inspect your current walls and doors to determine what (if any) redesigns need to be done to bring your dreams to life. Drywall and stud removal / reinstallation may be required for certain types of builds. Work generally takes two hours per door, but his may vary based on your home.

Warranty

All doors are guaranteed to be installed in proper working order, or we will cover the cost of rework. Tracks and closures are under a lifetime (30 years in most states) warranty for normal use (does not cover fire, flood, or other natural disasters or break-in). How To Adjust A Pocket Door

Pocket doors are handy. They slide easily on tracks into the wall cavity. They are put into the upper portion of your door frame. These are great for saving space since they go into your wall instead of swinging outwards. This way you don’t need to have extra space in your room.

You can put your furniture wherever you see fit since the door won’t swing out to the wall. If you have a dragging pocket door or it won’t close correctly, it is time to adjust your pocket door. It can easily be raised so this isn’t a problem any longer. This home improvement project is quite easy and you don’t need much time to get it done.

In addition, exterior sliding pocket doors have applications beyond their space-saving capabilities. They’re often a good choice for people with limited mobility, especially people who use a wheelchair or a walker, as it’s usually easier for people to slide a door to the side, rather than push or pull it open. read more

Bathroom Pocket Doors

Is it time to do some remodeling of your home? Will you be one of the homeowners who unfortunately follows the common trend of leaving out the bathroom? Some may call it an unnecessary cost while there are others who feel like it wouldn't benefit them unless they plan on selling their home, which they aren't. Whatever the case, don’t forget the bathroom which, along with the kitchen, are vital pieces to remodel. The number of people moving into apartments rather than owning a home is increasing because of the expensive housing market. While living in an apartment brings with it the understanding of somewhat smaller spaces, in the home it generally is not the same understanding. The growth in the cost-per-square-foot of homes may have resulted in many homeowners waving off the idea of remodeling their home mainly because they feel like it would take up more of the already limited space. Space is precious, and a lack of it can be quite frustrating, so it's understandable to think that way. However, it isn't necessarily true that remodeling your bathroom will take up more space. There are several changes that you can make which won't take up extra space at all. In fact, opting for bathroom pocket doors may be the best investment you can make because they not only take up less space but instead will free up some. read more
