Dear Representative:

As one of your constituents, I request that you act on my behalf. Please exert your full political power behind the National and Global movement for the immediate reversal of the ruling in Case # 69-2355 (State of Florida vs. James Morrison).

A petition is currently before the Governor of Florida. I am sure that you will want to avail yourself of this opportunity to demonstrate your own abhorrence of this political misuse of power. As the facts bear out, the ruling resulted from a McCarthyist persecution of dissent by a Nixonian White House. Such a clear denial of constitutionally guaranteed freedoms is so heinous that the matter must be rectified.

I urge you to elicit support from your colleagues and exert the full power of your office, which the electorate has conferred upon you, to insure this matter is not ignored. When we allowed this matter to remain unaddressed for all these years, we have demonstrated to the world a hypocritical stance regarding personal freedoms. I know you will join this worldwide movement to rectify this immediately.

I place my faith in your ethical handling of this matter.
