Dear Governor Crist:

This is to inform you that the undersigned has joined the movement to exonerate one James Douglas Morrison.

Having attempted to have this matter addressed by the previous Governor through our numerous letters and emails and failing to receive any response whatsoever, we have decided to broaden the scope of this campaign. I have contacted my representatives and joined the petition drive, which has begun to demonstrate dedication to the adherence to the laws of the country in which we live.

The case number for this matter is Case #69-2355 (State of Florida vs. James Morrison). It is being contested on legal issues which encompass matters as broad as illegally charging a citizen with a federal offense and denial of rights protected under the 1st, 8th and 14th Amendments of the US. Constitution.
