The best part about the Cleveland show was that I was going to get to
see it all again the next night in Pittsburgh, my hometown. I assumed
the show would be exactly the same and it was for the majority of the
show. It wasn’t as good as the night before but still as memorable.
The set list and musical highlights were the same until after "Moonlight Drive" they skipped "Horse Latitudes." Not a big deal at the time because I thought they may play something different. They did "Wild Child" next and then skipped the song I wanted to hear the most, "Cops Talk"! The show continued the same as the night before for the rest of the night until the encore. They did "Light My Fire" and "Soul Kitchen" but didn’t do "Riders On The Storm” which was somewhat upsetting. Now the exact reason why the show was a half-hour less than Cleveland is not the band's fault. It's the City of Pittsburgh's fault. I’m not going to rant but just explain why this occurred. My friends and I have seen many shows of favorite bands back to back nights in Cleveland and Pittsburgh. The Cleveland show is always longer than the Pittsburgh one. The city or venues must have an agreement to close at 10 p.m. Nevertheless, the crowd was just like the night before—ecstatic the whole night. THANK YOU THE DOORS 21ST CENTURY FOR MAKING A DREAM COME TRUE WHILE PROVING WHO IS THE GREATEST ROCK BAND OF ALL TIME!!!
