'The Lords: Notes On Vision' by Jim Morrison
The first privately published poetry book printed in the Spring of 1969 by Western Lithographers. One of only 100 copies printed and paid for by Jim Morrison. Extremely rare! This copy was given to Doors secretary, Ginny Ganahl by Jim Morrison as she assisted him at the time as he worked on his poetry books. The nature of the envelope with the loose pages makes these self destruct with time. This one has wear, but just for comparison....A recent un-signed copy in mint condition sold for $12,000. This copy will come with a letter of provenance from the current owner attesting to it's background.

Hard cover w/ dust jacket. Original 1971 first edition copy of the Simon & Schuster printing. Very rare! These copies are getting harder and harder to find. This is the first publically available copy of Morrison's poetry. It was released when Jim was still living in Los Angeles. The book is in Exc condition, however the original dust jacket is not...It is in VG- condition with some damage.
