This very rare promotional box set includes all 4 Spun Gold Doors 45s: People Are Strange/Not To Touch The Earth, Light My Fire/Love Me Two Times, Touch Me/Hello I Love You, and Riders On The Storm/Love Her Madly. The People Are Strange 45 is in the hard to find picture sleeve - the rest are in the Spun Gold sleeves. The box also includes a 'gift type' card, and a letter to the radio station programmers boasting of the sale of 18 million Doors singles and urging the programmers to play the Doors, cause they are more popular now than ever before. I've only seen three or four of these in 20 years. Over all condition of box, records and sleeves: Mint!

Light My Fire w/ Break On Through. Small 4" acetate record made by Ford Philco to play on a special turntable. Sleeve has the same picture as the Break On Through 45 picture sleeve. Sleeve has not been opened and is in Mint- condition. Record (of course) is mint.

These postcard records were only manufactured in Poland during a vinyl shortage. The record is actually imprinted onto the laminate of the card - it really works! These are the same sort of cards that were shown on 'The Doors Collection' DVD. All have the same picture of The Doors on the front, but on the back each is hand-stamped with a generic copyright stamp and have the name of the artist and song hand-written in. This record came out in 1974 containing 'Black Magic White Magic' & 'Calm Before The Storm'. These recordings was thought to contain a recording of Jim Morrison making his after death premiere. While the promo is very rare, there were actually less copies made of the retail version! This one is the hardest to get! This one is complete in the generic Capitol Records sleeve it was sold in. Condition of record: M-
